License

Software license is personal, this means the customer can use purchased program on all his/her activated computers personally, but transferring or selling of his/her license for use by other persons is strictly prohibited and may result in a denial of service without a refund. There are no exceptions for employees, partners, relatives, etc.

Software is binding to the hardware identifiers of the computer when it is launched on it at the first time. Rebinding the program to another computer, or to the same one, in case of change of its hardware, is free of charge, provided that an active serial number is provided that will no longer be used, i.e. replacement of the serial number is free of charge. The issuance of a new serial number, without deleting one of those already issued earlier, is free of charge only once, after purchasing a license. Further issuances, that is, binding to additional user computers, are available upon payment of 20% of the original license purchase price.

If the customer loses all information about his / her license, it is possible to restore it for a fee through the payment details from which the purchase was made. Fee amount is $20 in this case.

Guarantees

Software developer guarantees that immediately after the sale the program will be able to create and check accounts on the purchased provider. To ensure such a guarantee before each sale, the software is checked for the ability of creating and checking accounts of the selected provider at a given time. No other guarantees are implied or provided.

Refund policy

Refund is provided only if all of the following conditions are met:

• the refund request was made within 24 hours of the first serial number being issued
• there are all the resources necessary to create a specific type of account, such as a working proxies, working CAPTCHA solver, phone numbers, recovery emails, etc.
• neither the user nor the developer of the program was able to configure it in such a way that at least one account was created

If at least one condition is not met, as well as in all other cases, no refund will be made.

Refunds are processed within two business days of approval and only to the same payment details used for payment.

Liability

The customer undertakes to use all software purchased on this site in accordance with the laws of the state where he / she is a resident. Software developer is not responsible for the violation by the customer of the laws of any state, the email providers user agreements and the consequences of such violations.

Denial of service

Website owner reserves the right to refuse to any customer in the service, indicating the reason for refusal.

The license agreement may be changed at any time at the discretion of the service owner, with or without notice to users.
